As a Travel Product Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for our valued customers. You’ll be responsible for handling product requests and inquiries, ensuring they are processed accurately, and efficiently, and meeting our high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Product Request Management:

  • Receive and review product requests and inquiries from sales and other relevant teams.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to all requests within established deadlines.
  • Ensure requests are processed meticulously, adhering to ARBA Travel’s experience standards and quality guidelines.

2) Collaboration and Optimization:

  • Collaborate closely with the PT R&D Team to optimize costs and enhance the experience for each destination and package.
  • Leverage your expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and streamline processes.

Essential skills and qualifications

  • Multitasking Mastery: You possess the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining focus and efficiency under pressure.
  • Quick Learner and Action-Oriented: You have a knack for grasping new concepts quickly and translating them into actionable results.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Your approach to work is structured and meticulous, ensuring every detail is accounted for.
  • Google Sheets Proficiency: You are well-versed in Google Sheets, utilizing these tools effectively for data analysis and task management.
  • Complexity Comprehension: You have a keen ability to understand and navigate the complexities of product requests and inquiries.

  • Travel Industry Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry is a valuable asset, providing you with a deeper understanding of customer expectations and industry trends.

Accountability and Responsibilities

  • Timely Delivery: You are accountable for completing product requests and inquiries within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Accurate Calculations: You utilize the provided product calculator to ensure all cost estimates are precise and aligned with company standards.
  • Quality Assurance: You maintain the highest quality standards for processed requests, ensuring they meet ARBA Travel’s experience expectations.
  • Effective Communication: You foster open and clear communication with sales, PT R&D, and other relevant teams to ensure seamless collaboration.

Reporting to

  • Head of Product: You will report directly to the Head of Product, seeking guidance and direction on strategic product initiatives.
  • Private Tour R&D: You will maintain close collaboration with the PT R&D Team, providing insights and feedback for product optimization.

Office Location: Conezion, Putrajaya

Office Hours: 9.45 AM – 3.45 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 – RM3,400.00 per month
